Explanation:
We have 4 kinds of Service requests and within each kind again 2-5 types of the corresponding type. A single dedicated type has an SLA of 24 hours, the others have no SLA
The types of the kinds are considered by selection in the corresponding application forms.

SLAs apply to any issue that the JQL returns. You can freely define the JQL and therefore apply different SLAs to different issues.
