I have few transition which requires confirmation from Customer Portal and requires to collect/update few custom field values from customer portal. I know this can be done in Server using Actions for Service Desk is there any similar app or functionality in Cloud instance.
I am unaware of anything like this in the cloud and was not able to find anything in the marketplace when searching. I would suggest reaching out to Deviniti to see if they have plans for moving it to cloud https://deviniti.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
