We have created a new SLA called Cloud Conformity and want to use it for a specific JQL.

The issue seems to be that the JQL is not being referenced, because it is at the the bottom of the list, and a different SLA is being applied to the tickets.

I dont see how I can drag the SLA named "Cloud Conformity - Time to Resolution" to the top of the page.

If its NOT possible to reorder, what determines the order . ?

Hi Adam,

You're right, you can not move your Cloud Conformity up.

What you need to do, is add the JQL to the Time to resolution SLA, and it would execute from there, and if you want it to be checked first, then move it to the top of Time to resolution.

Hope this helps

Mark
