Hi, We will be creating multiple Jira service projects. Once the active lifetime of a project is complete we would like to be able to change this project to be a read only project for all. So all existing users can only view the tickets in the project and not add new or edit existing tickets.
What's the best way to achieve this?
Thanks,
Chaits
Hello ,
How about creating a new permission scheme.
and only enable Browse project permission to required users.
All other permissions you can disable it.
And also any incoming mail handlers for this project. you can disable it.
Thanks.
