We're getting started with JSM Cloud. Our end users are California county employees in tax, auditor, assessor, and IT departments. We understand that JSM end-users need to have Atlassian accounts to access our JSM portal(s).
I've read the info on capturing domains, and have captured/verified our internal company domain. But the literature doesn't describe how to capture the various county domains so we (or our end-users) don't need to create individual Atlassian end-user accounts.
First: do I understand this correctly? If so, how do we capture/verify the county domains? I've read about Okta identity provider; do we need to use that? If so, how?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
