Hello! I was wondering what the best method of bulk editing existing rules/automations would be. Can anyone recommend a method or addin?
For example, we have a custom field 'Team Assigned' This field is a drop down which includes 'Service Desk' and 'Desktop Engineer'. These two contexts are highly reference in around 200+ separate automations/rules.
We have had a corporate realignment and are now 'Service Experience'. I need to update 200+ rules to reference 'Service Experience' instead of 'Service Desk' and 'Desktop Engineer'
Any suggestions appreciated!
Hi Georgia,
I am not aware of any way to update these rules in a bulk fashion. You might open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if they could do something directly.
