The email logs, by default, keep the logs for 45 days because it’s the default value set on the Global mail settings.
As a Jira administrator, you can access this setting by going to Cog icon > System > Global mail settings.
Every 45 days the processed emails will be deleted from the database and you can change it to be 180 days.
In your case, the older mail logs were already deleted and it’s not possible to recover them.
