Once I select "done" or "rejected". the service desk issues still show in my "open" queue. Is there a way to move these out of open status?
What is the criteria in your Open Queue? When you say select Done or Rejected is that updating the REsolution or the status of the issue.
Thank you so much! I was searching and found out looking through the queue that I could adjust the content based on status.
