Our company has just migrated to using Jira as its service desk provider, and one of our main concerns so far is the formatting of email messages.. A lot of our users are not IT literate and so prefer to email their tickets as opposed to using a portal / webpage, the issue is when the emails are parsed into tickets this happens:
How can we make it auto format so the signature blocks match the emails as when we reply to a user it looks so unprofessional and messy?

When it comes to email signatures, currently, it won’t be formatted correctly on the new issue view. This is a known bug:
Please, click on “This affects my team” and also watch to receive updates from our developer team.
