My Service Desk Agents are constantly getting OpsGenie alerts for incidents and they are becoming agitated with the amount of emails coming through (me included). We do not use this feature for our Service Desk Portal, and I cannot figure out how to turn these notifications off. Here is an example of one, below:

Do you have any integration turned on to create opsgenie alerts when an incident is created from JSM?
The is part of the settings that if enabled allows integration from Opsgenie to JSM.
In the same page of this screenshot, there's API key / URL setup. That API URL/Key
is configured from your Jira Service Management (JSM) instance (as an automation for Jira or from Systems > webhook) if you have any integration with OpsGenie (to create alert out of a JSM ticket.
