How do I set the menu sideways?

How do I set the menu sideways? that on the left side of the screen are the application groups, and on the right are the forms. As in the screenshot attached please:

Hi and welcome to the Atlassian community!

You can customize your portale by accessing the applications menu --> jira service management --> configuration and the click on "View and customize".

In the screen you access from that link you have to click on the edit mode at the top right, next to your profile picture. In edit mode you can choose different template for your portal.
