How do I quote the organization/organisation in a customer notification?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to quote/add the organisation into the subject and/or body of a customer notification email?  For example:

Microsoft (organisation) send an email into our service desk which sends a customer notification back saying "Hello Microsoft, thank you..."

I've had a good trawl of the forum and help files, etc., but can't find an answer.

Hi Sam, thanks for the link.  I think that is specifically for automations but I will give the smart value a try and report back.

I am looking for the same solution but the smart value is not working when i try to include this variable in Customer Notifications section

Unfortunately not.  I shelved it for another day.
