How do I install 2 separate instances of JSM without them both showing up on the portal page.

I  installed an instance of JSM and added another to use for an entire group a but they both have buttons on the main portal page and I need them to be entirely separate.portal.png

Do your two instances not have different URLs altogether? In order to have two separate help centers the instance must be separate. Unsure how they would show up on  the same url if that were the case.
