Hi there - two questions.
1. We'd like to embed a Jira widget on our website for customers to access directly. When trying, customers are defaulted to typing a question to view a help article. We have a few different portal groups/request types. How can we tell the widget to open to a specific request type based on page URL?
2. In my cloud instance, I am not seeing how I can allow customers to access requests without logging in.

1. You cannot direct a widget to a multiple request types, you only can select 1 default request type.
2. You need to add customer via the Customers page of your project.
