Actually, you were not directed here. You were directed to their support system, and you've clicked on "help with support software" instead of "help with their software".
You're not the first one to have done this. They seem to have a bit of a problem with explaining how to get help from them.
I'm afraid we can't help you, you will need to go back to their support system.
I paid 750 Euros on the site Cryptotab but i received my account bloked because of violence. It s not impossible. I tried to contact to service of custom but no anwers . So sad and disappointed. Be careful
