How do I change the Department or Location of a Customer?

I would like to update these fields, but it looks like I can only update my own.

Hi Ross:

It is possible that your customer is using his/her personal account accessing your portal, only the account holder can update his/her account details (i.e. Department/Location).  As system admin, you cannot update a personal account.
