Hey there Everyone.
I have had to take of over the Management of our Jira Service Desk settings and for the life of me I cannot find where I can find the Actual Location Names to change them.
I am trying to change the Name of Customs St in our Issue Location Drop down.
Any Help would be greatly appreciatted.
Hi @David Goldman I'm not sure if I understand correctly, but if you want to adjust options of custom field "Issue Location", you have to go to Custom Fields (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-a-custom-field/), then click Context (Screens and Contexts) column and on dialog click Create, edit or delete contexts.
Perfect, Martin your a legend.
Thank you so Much, I was looking everywhere else but there.
I didn't setup our Jira service desk in the first place, so learning this is a challenge.
Thanks Again
David

David, it was my pleasure. I understand that some configurations might be little bit hidden :)
