How do I REMOVE a customer from a Service Desk Project?

Michael BasicUser June 26, 2017

I do not want to delete a customer entirely, just remove them from a project

This seems like a normal operation but I do not see the way to this.

A REST API would be nice...

manually as an admin - project/project settings/user & roles under Service Desk Customers locate the customer and click the trash can on right

What if the trash can doesn't appear, for instance in the case of a JIRA software user account made into a customer that didn't need to be?

Thanks

@Sebastián Delmastro , What exactly are you experiencing? How are you trying to remove the customer. Do you have the customer on other projects or just the one? Is the customer in an organization or at the root customer level?
