How can we activate Free Plan with 3 agents ?

When registering FREE plan it's written upp to 10 users or 3 agents.

We are an not profit association that manage a building, so we expect to allow every one in the building raise ticket when things goes wrong in the building like no electricity or no water.

We are only 2 in the not profit association, so the 3 agents free plan seams perfect.

But after creating a free plan we are already exausted number of users.. Can't see anyone but me, can't delete

 

and can't switch to 3 agents free plan.

 

How to do that ?

 

Does 3 agents free plan "still" exists ?

As we can't afford 9$ x 40 as we manage the build for free (nothing is paid for that).

Thanks in advance for your quick answers.

PS: I've choose JIRA work force task model don't know if it change any thing...

Just to confirm...

  • The Free plan with 3 agents still exists, you can see it listed on the pricing page
  • If the building residents just need to raise tickets, you can add them as customers. Customers are free, and you can have as many as you need. See how to manage customers on these help pages

Thanks I end up with the same conclusion by adding JIRA Service Management instead of JIRA Software. And now it seams OK. Thanks for this confirmation.

Our community leader - @Stephen Wright _Elabor8_ provided an excellent answer.  The key between Jira Software vs JSM product is that for everyone to access Jira Software they must be licensed.  On the other hands, users for JSM application are considered as Customers (which it is free unlimited) and only agents (one who handles the raised issues in the system) are required licenses.

Thanks. I remember this difference but on the free plan subscription process, it was written 10 users or 3 agents, but I could only subscribe for jira software. I did not find jira service management at this.
However after looking for jira service management free plan I found the way to subscribe.
