How can i manage my notifications?

I would like to recive an email when someone use my @ in some project.

1.Go to you avatar (Right top corner)

2.Select Notification

3. Check if you have checkmark on: You’re mentioned on an issue

@max - make sure you have access to the project where the work is happening:

• Have an Atlassian ID? (Hopefully the ID you’re using to post on Atlassian Community is that ID.)
• Does that ID have access to that Jira Cloud instance?

If you’re unsure of the above, do you know who the admins are for the Jira Cloud instance you work in?
