How can i go back to trial version of JIRA Service Management?

Hello Team,

I am not able to open JIRA Service management. the page showing the  below error

Error - Encountered a "403 - Forbidden" error while loading this page.

I have tried the solution showing in community in below link, but still showing same error.

Hi Swopna,

As it says in your screenshot, you will need to contact customer support.  Go to https://support.atlassian.com 

It is probably best to raise a billing question with them.  The more technical questions are likely to land you back here in the Community, where we cannot help.
