Hello Team,
I am not able to open JIRA Service management. the page showing the below error
Error - Encountered a "403 - Forbidden"
error while loading this page.
I have tried the solution showing in community in below link, but still showing same error.
Refer the attached screenshot for more reference.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

As it says in your screenshot, you will need to contact customer support. Go to https://support.atlassian.com
