Excuse me, I am new in Jira.
I want to set language from English to Chinese in Jira Software.
In personal settings page, it says "Configure your language settings in your profile settings page".
So I set it in profile settings page as below, but it did not work.
The interface in Jira Software is still in English, and personal settings still show "English" without editable.
Hi @mark8988
welcome to the Atlassian Community - and no worries for being new, we all started small some day.
Asking a question here is great, this is what Community is for.
Yeah, language settings for Cloud offerings are something that costs some minutes to be understood - once done, then it is easy.
Please kindly check the documentation on this, it can be found here:

Cheers,
Daniel
Hi @Daniel Ebers ,
Thanks for quickly reply.
Please look the picture I attached below, I have set my language as Chinese.
But in Jira Software, the interface I see is still in English.

Have you tried clearing the cache and does this happen on a different browser also? (Chrome/Firefox) are the two that you could swap for each other for a short test.

Yes I tried.
This problem still persists.
Now I know what the cause of the problem is.
The reason is that I cannot set the traditional Chinese language.
I set the language to simplified Chinese and it works very well.

that is an interesting detail.
From the looks this is, indeed, still to be implemented:
