I have created a project in JIRA Service Desk and I want to my agents and customers can access to it.
In other hand, how can I set for that a customer send to us a request, this will send it to my support team, I dont find where it this functionality...

When creating a Service Desk project, it's possible to add agents (users) to work on tickets and also customers.
Once customers are added, they will be able to access the customer portal or send requests via email.

If, like me, you did not want to open your Portal up right away to customers, you can still get the link in "Project Settings"/"Portal Setting."
