How can I see the notifications sent by email?

I'm trying to confirm whether a customer received a reply from an Issue, because the Reporter has changed, how can I get that information?

Hi @Abir Stolov,

If I understand correctly, the reporter of a ticket has been updated and you would like to know if the old and/or new reporter has received an email notification of a certain update?

You can't track when emails were sent, but you can inspect the history of your issue itself to find out when the reporter was updated and which other events took place with the ticket before or after the update.

On your issue screen, locate the History tab at the bottom:

In the list of events, see when the reporter was updated. Then check if there were any status updates before or after the event, as those are usually triggering notifications.

Another event that usually triggers notifications is when comments are added to the ticket. You won't be able to see those on the history tab, but on the comments tab right next to it. With the update date of the reporter in mind, do have a look through the comments section and check which ones were added before / after the reporter was updated. That should help in finding out who was notified of what.

Thanks, that's what I did, I just thought there is some way to get the actual sent emails history.
