Hi everybody, I hope you are well.

Usually, users don't create tickets manually, so I need to do it by myself, my "problem" is, I can't see all the users assigned to the project on the reporters field, I just can see admin users:

Even if I try to write manually other user, it doesn't allow me to see them, just the small list showed on the screenshot.

Any advice is more than welcome.

Cheers.

Hi @Roberto Navarrini , are these missing individuals listed as Customers in the project? That would be a requirement to set them as reporter.

Hi Jack, yes, I can see almost the entire organisation added as a costumer :-/

To be clear you are trying to search for a user by typing their name and they don't appear but if you go to project settings > access > people and access and search here you find them with a role of Service Desk Customer? Note~ don't look under "Customers" that appear in the main project view.

Mm, interesting in  project settings > access > people

I can see some security groups configured on Entra ID (those groups of Entra of course have people), so... My guess is Jira for some reason is not getting the users from the group, I will investigate it.

Thank you Jack.
