Hi,
I'd like to prevent Jira from loading external images in incoming emails to prevent tracking pixels etc. from loading. However, I can't find the setting for this.
I'm using the default email address, to which I'm redirecting our support address.
Hi @Aleksi Kallio and welcome to the community,
Currently there is no such setting for your request. However there is a workaround on this issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-10990 (which you can vote and watch) which suggests to use Jira automation "to update the tags on external attachments".
There is also this issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-6037 which is in review and might be of interest to you.
Let me know if that helps.
Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ ,
Thanks for your answer, that at least helps. I've voted on the issue and hope to see an official solution someday.
