The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
I've seen already that Atlassian doesn't provide a native way to turn off / hide the login button from a service desk portal page, but wondering if anybody here knows of an add on or hack to do this for JSD Cloud? I saw one extension but only for hosted versions.
In short, we want to keep our support page as simple as possible and we're concerned that customers will be distracted / confused by the login button in the top right.
Appreciate all your ideas folkx!
Which login button are you referring to? Customers login from the customer portal and they must have an atlassian account usually. The top right login button is used from jira users. Do you mean something else?
In any case, you can't hide any of the two buttons.
