How can I copy or clone an existent custom field that has a lot of multiple select options?

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to copy or clone an existent custom field that has a lot of multiple select option values?

I already created one (TH Unit --> TH Device name) but I will need lets say 5 more (TH Unit --> TH Device name #2 - TH Unit --> TH Device name #3 - TH Unit --> TH Device name #x) with the same values and information as the 1st one but since there are more than 200 values that a user can select, I don't want to created 5 different custom fields with those 200 values each.

Can someone knows how to do it?

There is no way to do this other than create the same fields and options separately.

Is there still no way to use values from a single list in multiple fields?
