Unfortunately, JSM (JSD) project doesn't support Kanban board concept out of the box. It uses the concept of QUEUES instead. Only Jira project uses the concept of SCRUM/KANBAN boards concept.
Only if you are also using Jira in addition to JSM (JSD) in the same env, then you can try the workaorund mentioned - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/kanban-boards-for-jira-service-desk-cloud-1001823609.html
