I am interested in uploading "how to" videos in Jira Service Desk. I would like to capture which users are visiting the videos and any other information (but primarily the former). Or, at the very least, I am looking to capture which users click on a hyperlink to access the video.
Any thoughts? I've had no luck with Google Analytics as you cannot capture a specific user's interaction.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
When using Jira Service Desk, it's possible to check how many views an article has, but for videos/links on the articles, I'm afraid to say that it's not possible to get the information if someone has clicked on it.

If you select a day in the graphic, you will be able to see what articles was viewed:
There is a feature request suggesting the ability to use Google Analytics in the customer portal:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

Angélica
