I would like to add a screenshot to a form in JSM to ensure that the portal I am creating provides correct information to a user and that information is support with an image/screenshot.
I created a form and can see that I can add elements (by pressing the + in the bar) to the form but when I try to add "image, video, or file" to the form nothing happens.
Welcome to the community.
The editor on the form is the main editor used in all Atlassian components using the editor, like description, custom text fields etc..
This will not mean all function will work everywhere.
In the beginning, there was even no option to add an attachment on a form, but now there is.
This is interesting, looking online at previous questions they say its only available on Data Centre? But as you note, I can see it in my cloud environment specifically if I search for "Image" but clicking on it doesn't do anything.
I wonder if you may need an Atlassian support ticket incase its a bug?

Should I make a ticket?

On what the function is not available on a form, so it's not a bug.
It's just a non existing function, you can create a feature request, or find if there is on on https://jira.atlassian.com

Hi @Colene Meyer This feature is not fully available in JSM cloud, it is supported only in Data center.
