I need to share the content of tickets with the costumers of my organisation, but i don't want to put it as request participants of the ticket.
It's possible in another way?

If all the customers you'd like to share the ticket with, are a part of your organization, the only thing you need to remember is to include this info in the settings - here you may find more information: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/requests-automatically-shared-with-organization-1107626894.html
If the described option is being enabled, you don't need to remember to add all the people one by one to the support ticket :)
