We have a project in JSM which is accessible across the company internally in one hand and there is a Customer Portal for this project on the other hand which our customers out of our company can raise the tickets and requests through and we receive those within the predefined queues within the Project. Please notice that we've already defined organisations and their members as our customers within the project.
My question is all of our internal people can tag @ anybody from inside of the company or tag @ customers who added before to the list of predefined organisation in the project. but on the other side, our customers ( From any organisation ) are not able to tag anybody from our internal people.
I couldn't find the relevant permission for this and would appreciate if someone can help me.
Thanks
