How Can I Setup Customers in Different Groups to Have Permissions to Request Different Tasks?

I'm trying to deploy access for our employees to raise issues for us to address, but I don't want every employee to be able raise every type of request. 

For instance, most users have no use for a VPN, so it would be redundant at best for them to be able to request VPN access.

That's it, really. I've looked around, I just don't see it.

Unfortunately this is not possible, all requests of the project are visible for all customer.

As Mohamed said, by default this is not possible.

But you can achieve this by using Extension for Jira Service Management by Deviniti
