Hoping to get a leg up with Insight

Hey there,

I am looking at creating a 'User' schema in Insight.  The key piece of information I want to capture are the JSM customer email address.

This is going to match up with an email address attribute on the assets we import into Insight as we are still going to leverage data from an external asset management system for a while.

I have a 'User' schema but in Attributes when I select User as the type I get a list of all of the groups we sync with JSM.

What I am hoping for is an object schema of all the customers in JSM that has their email address as an attribute.

Having a look around youtube but can't find anything about getting a customer object schema setup in Insight.

i have the same question, i have created a customer schema where i want to automatically to connect customers added in the service project, but i have yet to find the solution
