How do I hide the customer view after opening a ticket in the "Escalate" and "Resolve" status
Hello again.
1) Go to your workflows. Click on the workflow you want to edit.
2) Click on the transition you want to hide.
3) Uncheck the box "Show the transition in the portal view"

1) Vão para os vossos fluxos de trabalho. Clique no fluxo de trabalho que deseja editar.
2) Clique na transição que deseja ocultar.
3) Desmarque a caixa "Mostrar a transição na vista do portal".

You already add a screen to this transition. I think you cannot add both a screen and make the transition usable for your customer. If you want you can delete the screen first and the option might appear. :)
Já se adiciona um ecrã a esta transição. Penso que não pode adicionar um ecrã e tornar a transição utilizável para o seu cliente. Se quiser, pode apagar primeiro o ecrã e a opção pode aparecer :)
