I am trying to figure out how to set what columns a customer can see when accessing all requests in their organization from the Customer Portal. I'd like to hide the requester field so that submission to the service desk are accessible but anonymous. I am not sure if this is possible.
@Janice Edwards You can not hide the requestor field in the JSM customer portal through the delivered product. I am pretty sure that apps like refined do not even allow you to hide that information in the customer portal. With refined you might be able to hide it with custom css.
