Hello all,
We have approvers set up for a single status. When an issue reaches that status, it needs to be approved by one of the selected product owners.
However, currently, the customer can see the names of the approvers in their issue through the customer portal. This is highly unwanted and we would like to hide this information from the customer.
It is fine that they can see that the issue needs an approval, it is not okay that they can see who can give the approval.
Is there a way to remove this information for the customer?
Thanks in advance!
This goal might be achieved using add-ons, as there is no way to hide default fields from customer portal.
Extension for jira may do the work, but you need to research on it.
