Hide approval buttons in customer notifications for sub-task issue type

Hi,

I had created a sub-task issue type "Sub-Task with Approvals". For this new issue type I am sending approval mail (with Approve and Decline buttons) using Customer notifications. This is working fine for Service Request with Approvals but for Sub-Task with Approvals, when I try to approve request by clicking Approve button, it gives "Incorrect request type".

I am able to approve Sub-Task with Approvals requests by replying mail with "Approve" word.

So Can I hide approval buttons (Approve and Decline) for Sub-Task with Approvals and make it visible only for Service Request with Approval in Customer notifications?

Usually subtasks can't be associated with a request type. If they can't be associated, then it wouldnt be able to get your customers to approve it.
