Hello everyone!
I would like to edit the viewing and access permissions of a Project created in JIRA Servidesk. We would only want it to be in "query mode" to see the historical incidents hiding the opening of new incidents. could you tell me how to do it?
Thank you very much!
Hi David,
If you are indeed using a Free instance, you will not be able to adjust the Permissions at all. Everybody in the instance can see everything.
Hi @David Marlop _Damarlop_
You can change the 'Browse project' and 'Create issue' permission under the Project permissions.
Thanks,
Anshul
