Has any one used Jira for project management or for tender proposal preparation

I have a TOR and I would like Jira to USE AI capabilities to read the document , come up with a main required tasks summary , and suggest list of activities to meet the tender requirement and possible time  schedule for activities

Interesting use case!

Firstly you need to be on Jira Cloud Premium to get the AI features.

Then when you say "read a document" I think you mean an attachment. This is not (yet) supported.  see answer from atlassian here.

If you copy the text in the description field in a Jira ticket you can have the AI to summarize it, come up with actions and even suggest a time plan for the actions. I just tested with a short tender I have handled recently. 

But these kind of texts can be really long, so it may not be the best fit to have it in a jira issue description field. Maybe managing your tender proposal in confluence instead - see this documentation for ideas.
