HTTP 500 Error while running Arsenale Dataplane Reports

We are having below message while running any of Arsenale Dataplane Reports.

"Received HTTP error 500 requesting report. Please ask an administrator to examine the JIRA system log for details."

Is anyone having that problem as well?

Hi All,

We noticed that in JIRA health check there was an error related to missing font config.

We stopped JIRA and installed the ./install_fontconfig.sh from JIRA install directory with root user and then start JIRA.

The issue has been sorted now. We are able to see the reports.
