@Jack Creating a process with multi statuses like when HR send a request to IT we should handle that request till we finalize it, then reply them

Sure. I use JSD for HR staffing, Facilities, IT, etc. it is pretty straightforward if you have set up other JSD projects.

I would highly recommend you start with the getting started docs - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/resources/

it would be difficult to guide you without some experience.
