Guid in reporter field when creating new issues / customers-list missing

Hi,

we prepared our migration from server to cloud by going through this checklist.

Now when creating an issue we only see the guid of the agent that is logged in and the list in the "Raise this request on behalf of" is empty. Same when trying to change a reporter in existing tickets (only "Anonymous" shows up).

Agent-assignment works just fine on the other hand.

If you have any idea or advice how we can fix this issue I would be very happy.

Happened to be a permission issue.

Hereby solved.
