Hello,
I have to perform a ticket import through the External System Import menu with a CSV file.
This file containing a large number of lines (several tens of thousands of lines), the import will take several hours.
I would need to be able to retrieve the logs of this import to see if there were any errors and know when the import is complete.
Today I couldn't find where these logs are saved. In atlassian-jira.log I can't find them. I guess that after a few tens of minutes, the page on which I am importing will expire and I will therefore be disconnected.
Can anyone tell me how I can find these logs?
