Gating and Ticket Transitions with Jenkins and JSM

Just looking for some assistance on JSM, we're setting up gating with Jenkins

We have the gate working, and it creates a change request successfully in JSM and the gate works, we're trying to figure out how best to then close off the newly created change in JSM.

Is there a variable we can use in our JenkinsFile to use later in the file? I can see the newly created change ticket in the pipeline but can't see a way to pass this to then fire an API call to transition that ticket?

Many thanks,

Figured this out, was actually via the automation rules.

I'd assumed that the deployment info sending back to JSM worked in the same way as it does for JIRA so in that you can see the ticket has been deployed and the info via the REST API as well.

It seems to send the info behind the scenes though and isn't visible on the ticket but the automation rules and stuff all picked up the deployment so thumbs up!
