Hi,
I created forms in JSM, they are visible and work fine if I use the browser. But if I use the JSMobile app to access the portal, the forms do not appear there at all.
Can anyone help me with that issue? :)
I'm looking for a mobile app where our employees can easily use the portal with forms.

This is a feature that is not available, there is an open request for this; JSDCLOUD-10674
Otherwise there is an app on the marketplace that is able to make use of the forms, see mobility-for-jira-mobile-for-enterprise-teams

I understand that you use an app to receive requests from customers. But this application may not move the forms to its own interface. Therefore, I guess that customers cannot access the forms. Since we do not create the fields we use in the forms on JSM, the application may not show these forms.
The best solution for you may be to open a ticket to the company that made the application. For this, you can find the application on the atlassian marketplace and contact the company that made the application.

Does the option of forms appear? Or when you try to create a form, it gives you the blank page?
