Estimados, tengo un problema hace 2 días tengo suspendido el service desk de Jira, necesito si alguien me pudiera orientar por favor.
El error que aparece al ingresar a la pagina de ticket es el siguiente: Encountered a "403 - Forbidden"
error while loading this page.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I can see that the Jira Service Desk subscription is currently active on your site and you are set as an agent, so you should be able to access Service Desk projects.
Are you still facing this issue?
Are you facing the issue when accessing a ticket or project settings?
If possible, send us a screenshot, just make sure to hide private information.
