In Cloud Jira Service Management I am wanting to use the 'Flagged' (Impediment) field. I have added this to my edit/view screens but it is not displaying. The only way to update this field was to include it in a workflow transition screen. I can tick the field and it will display the flag correctly. However, if I want to untick this field, again I can only do it via a workflow transition screen.
Is this field not able to be added to the edit/view screen to add or remove the flag, or have I set up something wrong?

Although it’s possible to add a flag to Service Management ticket using a personal board or using the workflow transition as you did, the Flag option is actually a feature for Software projects only, that’s why you can’t see this option on Service Management tickets.
