Finding problem in accessing the requests in JSM with API.

HI All,I tried to access my requests in my Jira Service Management with the API  https://api.atlassian.com/ex/jira/{cloudId}/rest/servicedeskapi/request/{ID}  (provided the {ID} exists  in JSM ),but I am unable to receive a proper response ,it provides an error message as 

"OAuth 2.0 is not enabled for method: GET /rest/servicedeskapi/request/{ID}" .

I have also enabled the OAuth for the APIs, and I am able to access all the requests with this API call - https://api.atlassian.com/ex/jira/{cloudId}/rest/servicedeskapi/request/  ,  but if I provide an ID it raises an error message as above.

can any one help me with this issue.
